As a customer service representative, you help Dutch customers with questions about orders, payments, or products. Through phone, email, and chat, you make sure every customer gets the help they need and continues their day with a positive experience. With your enthusiasm and empathy, you truly make a difference in the customer experience. You work five days per week, spread across the week, in shifts between 07:00 and 23:00. This keeps your schedule flexible and varied. 🕚
