Senior Electronics Design Engineer
Space & Defense Group is with U.S. military – our mission of equipping those who defend freedom.
Our Space & Defense – Power & Data team is seeking a Senior Electronics Design Engineer to help design and develop electronic hardware solutions for mission-critical aerospace and defense applications.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
5 years of experience developing electronic hardware products and systems
Experience designing electronic hardware products and bringing designs from concept through testing and implementation
Familiarity with one or more areas including circuit design, PCB development, embedded hardware, system integration, or hardware verification
Job Details:
Design hardware schematics, PCB layouts, and bills of materials (BOMs)
Conduct hardware integration, verification, troubleshooting, and testing
Support technical project planning, including proposals, cost estimates, schedules, and design reviews
Ensure traceability between customer requirements and system requirements
Develop engineering test requirements and unit-, subsystem-, and system-level test plans
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams throughout the product development lifecycle
Contribute to the development of new technologies, products, and processes that meet cost, schedule, and performance objectives
