micro1 is engaging Motion Graphics Artists to contribute to a project focused on robotics and human-activity video annotation and evaluation pipelines. In this role, you’ll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Scope of Work

  1. Review and analyze short video clips of robots or people performing actions, assessing alignment with provided written directives.
  2. Determine the accuracy and completeness of actions based on defined end states and project guidelines.
  3. Compare video samples to identify which better fulfills the specified instruction.
  4. Refine, correct, or augment AI-generated video annotations, including action boundaries, descriptions, and feedback points.
  5. Detect subtle differences in movement, object interaction, and action sequences for precise evaluation.
  6. Document observations and decisions using clear written communication.
  7. Apply detailed rubrics and maintain consistent annotation quality throughout the assignment.
