Salary: €18 200 – 21 000 / year

Bonus: Between 10%-20% of monthly Salary

Job description

Would you like to build an international career while enjoying life in the Mediterranean? Our client is looking for motivated German speakers to join their growing support teams in Greece.

In this role, you will support users of a well-known international service. You will receive full training and a generous relocation package to kickstart your new adventure abroad.

What will you do?

• Support German-speaking customers via phone and/or chat
• Handle customer support and technical support inquiries depending on team assignment
• Assist with account management, billing questions, and service-related issues
• Provide basic technical troubleshooting for applications, software functionality, and connectivity
• Guide users through websites and applications and explain available features
• Deliver accurate, real-time solutions while ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically with customers
  

Candidate profile

• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
• Previous experience in customer support, technical support, or service-related roles is an advantage
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
• Motivated, reliable, and eager to learn
• Willing to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new culture
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment

Training Start Dates are flexible and the total hiring process takes between 3 – 5 working days

• Valid EU passport or identity, valid for a minimum of six months
• Birth Certificate
• Tax Identification Number from current country of residence

• English minimum B2

Ideal profile

• Valid European Passport or Identity
• Previous experience in a BPO company is an advantage but not required
• Previous experience in Customer Support, Sales, or Technical Support is an advantage but not required
