About the Role
Mercor is hiring experienced Sales Managers to help evaluate and improve cutting-edge AI systems. In this role, you’ll evaluate AI-generated sales management content and workflows, leveraging your real-world expertise in directing sales teams, setting quotas and territories, and analyzing sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated sales strategies, quota plans, training materials, and other sales management artifacts for quality and accuracy.
- Compare AI-generated responses head-to-head based on strategic soundness, team-leadership rigor, and market-analysis quality.
- Review sales management scenarios involving territory design, quota setting, customer complaint resolution, and sales-performance analysis and provide expert feedback.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, District Sales Manager, Sales Director, Sales Operations Manager, or another closely related sales management role.
- Experience directing sales teams, setting sales territories, quotas, and goals, or analyzing sales performance to inform strategy.
- Ability to commit 20+ hours per week.
- Strong written English communication skills.
Additional Information
- Start date: Immediate
- Duration: Approximately 4–6 weeks
- Payment: task-based (payment upon first task approval). Experts who complete their first task within the required timeline will then be qualified to be paid hourly for the remainder of the project.
